Softtrends Marketing connector supports Scheduled sync option using a set of pre-defined sync schedule, or your own custom sync schedule. Custom sync scheduled can be set for the connector to sync at 1 minute to any time interval you set. Scheduled sync runs uninterrupted, and automatically recovers from any communication, and platform errors including Heroku mandatory Dyno restart.

Built-in Data Science features

Using Data science features, you can transform data type of selected fields during sync (e.g. a field with type ‘text’ in Postgres can be synced to Data Extension as field type ‘Email Address’), get email notification of individual records with incompatible data type resulting in sync failure, etc.

Sync Performance Booster support

Users running Private Space editions of Marketing connector can request for boosting performance of their sync process. Sync timing can be boosted to run 3 to 8 times faster based on the number of connectors configured to run in scheduled mode,
